How do you pronounce MoRoCo and where did the name come from?

MO-RO-CO is a “lexicon”
Mo- is for Montana
Ro- is for Rory
Co- is for Cocoa
Montana and Rory are the children and inspiration, of the creator of MoRoCo Chocolat.

Is this a franchise?

No, we are privately owned company, but look out for future locations!

How long have we been open?

Since September, 2008

Why is MoRoCo Chocolat different than others?

At MoRoCo we carefully hand craft each creation, using only the finest and freshest ingredients. We use no artificial ingredients or preservatives and produce in our in house lab.

What is your base chocolate or couvertures?

Valrhona, Lindt, Michel Cluizel. Couverture is a French term for a chocolate with a higher cocoa butter content than standard chocolate.

What is Ganache?

Ganache: Traditional filling of many truffles. It is a simple chocolate mixture that combines heated cream and chocolate.

Are you nut free?

All of our products may contain gluten, nuts or nuts derivatives. We are not an allergen free environment, and in the support of the safety and comfort of our guest, are not able to honour any requests for allergen free products. If you have an nut related allergy it is recommended that you do not consume any of our products. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

How can I buy the Macarons?

In the boutique, Macarons are available in boxes of 6, 12 and 24. You may place an order by phone, for pick up only at 416.961.2202.

What is Sipping Chocolate?

Sipping Chocolate is pure decadence at its finest. Pure melted Chocolate of your choice.  A 40%  Milk Chocolate infused with Chai Indian Spiced Tea, a 66 % Dark Chocolate and a Featured Flavour.
