Shipping Information
At MoRoCo Chocolat all of our chocolates are of the finest quality and are free of preservatives therefore more fragile.  MoRoCo takes the utmost care to ensure your chocolate orders arrive safe and fresh, so please familiarize yourself with our shipping rates and policies before you order.

Order Processing
All orders are packaged and shipped from our Toronto, Ontario location.

While MoRoCo will make every effort to ensure your order is processed and shipped as soon as we receive it, during peak seasons [Christmas, Valentines and Easter] processing times will vary.

Orders received after 10 am (EST) on Friday through Sunday will be shipped the following Tuesday in order to preserve the quality of the chocolate.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.

Shipping Methods
MoRoCo uses Canada Post or a courier service to ship our products.

Toronto Local Courier is available on business days only, if same day delivery is requested and order is placed prior to 10 am.

At this time we do not ship internationally (outside of Canada).

Shipping Times
Orders placed before 10 am (EST) Monday through Thursday are typically shipped the next business day.
Orders received after 10 am (EST) on Friday through Sunday will be shipped the following Tuesday in order to preserve the quality of the chocolate.

Very Important: When the weather is warm (typically May to October) or daytime temperatures exceed 23°C (75°F), MoRoCo requires that our products be shipped same-day or next day delivery.  These orders will be shipped with cold packs to protect and preserve the quality of your order.  An additional fee of $5.00 will be incurred for orders shipped during this time.

Unfortunately at this time, MoRoCo does not process or ship orders on weekends and holidays.  This is to avoid potential delays in shipping time and preserve the quality of your order.

Delivery
All delivery times are approximate.

We regret we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

We are not responsible for products that spoil due to: delivery delays while product is in transit due to weather, strike or mechanical failure, packages left at the door for extended periods of time, packages sent back to freight location because nobody was available to sign for them, or delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.  Refunds or replacements will not be offered in the above situations.

Shipping Charges
All costs are displayed in Canadian funds and do not include taxes.   Shipping charges are extra and may vary due to size, weight and destination of shipment.

An additional fee of $5.00 will be incurred (for cold packs) for orders shipped during warm weather (typically May to October & daytime temperatures exceeding 23°C (75°F)).

Shipping Charge quotes are approximate and may be slightly higher for larger orders if we need to divide it into multiple shipments or packages. If there is a major rate change we will notify you, prior to shipping.

Pick Up Information
We are more than happy for you to pick up your order.  Orders are available for pick up Tuesday through Saturday between 12pm to 8pm at our Boutique location, 99 Yorkville Avenue, Toronto, Ontario.
Orders for pick up must be paid for in advance and a copy of the order must be presented at time of pick up.

Large Corporate orders are handled by our Retail Boutique. Please email us at sales@morocochocolat.com for further information.

Please Note
All our products and menu items either contain nuts or have come in contact with nuts. If you have a nut related allergy it is recommended that you do not consume any of our products, either in the lounge or from the boutique. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept gift cards for online orders.
