Sipping Chocolate

Dating back to the first experiment mixing cacao beans with water, sipping chocolate was on its way to becoming a permanent fixture within the chocolate world. Most notably found in France, sipping chocolate is yet another savoury way to experience the best Valrhona chocolate. Inspired by the infamous Rue de Rivoli café Angelina, MoRoCo is the first to introduce sipping chocolate to Toronto. Petite porcelain cups hug dark chocolate, milk chocolate chai or vanilla orange white chocolate served with a side of whipped cream. Mixing the 65% Valrhona chocolate with the cream prompts a new take on the traditional hot chocolate. Sipping the thick, warm chocolate one realizes why cocoa is an aphrodisiac.
